Registration Information

All Registration Packages Include:

  • Access to all plenary talks and special sessions.
  • Free daily hot breakfasts and afternoon receptions with snacks and unlimited alcoholic/non-alcoholic drinks for up to 6 people in your suite (only applies to registrants who stay at the conference-designated hotel).
  • All refreshment breaks.
  • Friday luncheon keynote address, and Friday night awards banquet.
  • Complimentary copies of the latest issues of IJME, IJERI or TIIJ (official print journals of IAJC).

Cancellation Policy

Registration may be canceled up to, and including, Sept 9, 2024. No refunds will be issued thereafter. Each cancellation is subject to a $100 non-refundable administration fee.

Visa Information

Travelers requiring a letter from the Conference’s Executive Board for the purposes of obtaining a VISA for traveling to the U.S. are requested to send an email to Philip Weinsier philipw@bgsu.edu.
